Hi there, I'm Em Anderson,

Over 14 weeks, I help women who want to break free from dieting and lose weight without the pressure of restrictive eating, and who are confused and overwhelmed about what they (and their families) ‘should’ or ‘shouldn’t’ be eating, how to reduce their stress and nourish their body and mind so they can thrive!

We don't count calories, remove food groups or use harsh exercise or unrealistic rules that make you want to quit!

We focus on your specific goals and together work on areas of increasing your energy, balancing your blood sugar, mindset, stress-reduction, and more.

I use a variety of strategies from a structured intuitive eating approach to help stressed-out women find time for themselves (and their health) again!
